£100 Refundable Deposit
£100 deposit will be taken along side your booking. This will be returned to you shortly
after your event, once it has been confirmed that the hall has been left clean and tidy.
Guidelines
* Report any damage or breakages.
* Leave hall as you find it – clean and tidy.
* Put any used crockery/cutlery away after you’ve cleaned it.
* Take all rubbish away with you – we do not have a bin collection at the hall.
* Wipe down any tables/chairs used and pack away neatly in store cupboard.
* Sweep/clean any mess left on floor.
* Ensure toilets have not been blocked or taps left on.
* Ensure lights are off.
* Close and lock the carpark gate.
* Lock the hall and return key to key safe.
We are a village facility and as so aim to provide an affordable local option for family
gatherings/events. We operate with the good will of our hirers and few dedicated helpers.
We trust that our hirers will always leave the hall in a good clean state, as they find it.
However, please be aware that deductions will be made from deposits if extra
cleaning/clearing services are required or if there are damages.
